Bob spent his summers on the Outer Banks while he attended Old Dominion University and never wanted to live anywhere else other than the beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina. Bob moved to the Outer Banks full time in 1987. He began his career in real estate working with the developer of the prestigious golf course community, The Currituck Club and transitioned from site sales into general real estate in 2001. His years of experience in real estate have made him an expert in navigating the cycles of the market and enable him to provide clients with a long term perspective on investing. Lorena Godley survived being the youngest of 7 children, growing up in Virginia. She later graduated with honors in Science, earning a Bachelor's Degree from East Carolina University. After college, Lorena made the Outer Banks her home and began to pursue a career in real estate. She is married with two childen, and has been a Top 100 Outer Banks Realtor consistently throughout her career.

She began her Real Estate career working in Virginia helping with Marketing before joining her Mother to make one of the top Teams in Hampton Roads. She spent four years working as a Realtor in Virginia before deciding to branch out on her own in North Carolina.

Craig Way, Office Manager
Craig Way is one of countless many who have been drawn to the Outer Banks for its beauty, hospitable, welcoming people, simple lifestyle and incredible waves. A lifelong surfer originally from Florida, Craig was lured to Southern California in 1994 by its consistent, year round surf. During his 23 years out west, he earned his BA from University of California, Irvine and later earned an MA from Azusa Pacific University. He has a diverse employment background including guest services, surf instruction, teaching, property management and full-time ministry. Eventually, astronomical home prices, relentless traffic and the desire for seasons compelled him and his family to seek a new destination. Their search landed them on the Outer Banks where Craig was blessed to be given an opportunity as an Office Manager with the Kitty Hawk Land Company. He is in the process of earning his real estate license in the hope of transitioning to sales. He along with his wife Stephanie and their three children currently live in Kill Devil Hills and are excited about this new chapter in their lives on the beautiful Outer Banks!
