For more than 50 years, Kitty Hawk Land Company has been the premiere real estate development company on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. This is a special place where great respect has always been given to the natural landscape. We consider ourselves fortunate to have learned and mastered our trade on this unique strip of earth. Developing in the Outer Banks has taught us about balance. It has made us better at what we do. |

Now, we are taking what we have learned in Kitty Hawk and Currituck and Nags Head and bringing it to New Bern, New Kent, and other equally beautiful parts of the East Coast. We are proud of our history of development and we are incredibly excited about what is to come. |
