If you've been to New Bern or Oriental, you've seen the impact that a beautiful waterway can have on communities. New Bern's quaint downtown of shops, restaurants, riverfront parks and amenities is a monument to the Neuse River. Similarly, our vision for Arlington, is to complement the river and the surrounding region.

The property itself is high. Fifteen feet at the river and thirty feet towards the back of the community. We plan on accentuating this "amphitheater effect" so that much of the community will have views of the Neuse. Every area of the community will feature convenient amenities and focal points such as a park, walking trails, and creek access.

We've also made it a point to line up the streets so that magnificent river scenes are available from many angles. Driving into the neighborhood will afford one of the most incredible views as you wind through the woods and crest a small hill that is about one mile from the river. The Neuse appears almost instantly at the top of the rise.

Some properties will have beautiful creek frontage and there will be access ramps for launching kayaks and canoes. Sail boats and motor boats will be kept in the marina or in dry storage.
